A 65ft greenhouse provides community members with the opportunity to learn about sustainable building and urban agriculture through hands-on experience. The greenhouse is available for classroom space, workshops, and events.

Well-maintained campsites are available for multi-day events and overnight camping. Tucked above the Duwamish River and surrounded by forest, the campsites provide a unique opportunity to experience solitude within the city and enjoy the natural beauty of the Duwamish River Valley

Three outdoor heated showers are available for multi-day events and campers. The showers are solar-powered and heated by propane. Each shower has its own stall, providing a comfortable and private space to wash off. Three compostable outhouses are located around the property, with sink stations located at each outhouse.

The roundhouse covered classroom provides a space to learn about nature in a natural environment. It is available for gatherings, workshops, and meetings.

Plans are in place for the building of a ‘Live’ Eco Pool, which will be used to hold water rescue and dive certification classes, as well as workshops and demonstrations on sustainable design. The pool will provide a habitat for native water plants, which provide a natural filter for the fresh water and help to maintain a healthy ecosystem within the pool.

Plans are underway for an outdoor kitchen and stage. The kitchen will have commercial grade cooking equipment with a simple roof structure to provide covering from outdoor elements and the covered stage area will provide a platform for speakers and performances. The space will be available to the community for workshops and events.
